How Love INC Works
Love In the Name of Christ enables churches, schools, businesses, and service organizations to pool their resources and outreach services so that our neighbors in need can receive support, care, and encouragement. Specifically, Love INC:
- Provides a means for the churches and ministries of our community to work together to serve those in need of help.
- Works in partnership also with local non-profit organizations to help support and lift up those in difficult circumstances.
- Encourages and motivates members of the Body of Christ to use their time, talents, and skills to help others and show Christ’s love.
- Matches up volunteers from partner churches or local non-profit organizations to meet the needs of a person or family seeking help.
- Celebrates as the love of Christ is shown to those in need and God brings transformation to people and communities.
How We Plan To Make a Difference
As we demonstrate Christ's love to our neighbors, we will begin to see exciting results:
- Families in need will receive immediate and long-term help.
- Church members will use their gifts and talents in hands-on ministry.
- Churches of all denominations will work together, showing the unity of the Body of Christ.
- Individuals, families, and communities will be transformed.
